I love being the land steward here at Seven Acres Farm and I take this responsibility very seriously.
I am passionate about protecting and improving wildlife habitats while also growing and making healthy food for myself and my community.
I grow seasonal fresh vegetables and herbs in ways that reflect my values of earth care, people care and animal care.
By practicing ecologically regenerative, low carbon farming practices, without the use of any pesticides or herbicides, my hope is to model that good food doesn't have to come at a high ecological price.
Seasonal cut flowers
Just like the food I grow, my cut flowers are vibrant, reflective of the seasons, and chemical free. Locally-grown cut flowers offer longer vase-life, more variety, and a tiny carbon footprint compared to out-of-season, imported flowers.
Discover the beauty that cut flowers offer by picking up bouquets at my market booth, or order stems by the bucket for special events.
Living, probiotic-rich, fermented foods & drinks
I make wild-fermented & cultured foods because they're delicious, healthy, and a low-input way to preserve local, seasonal produce.
Try my specialty sauerkrauts, kimchi, kombucha and water kefir to discover the flavour and vibrancy they bring to meals and the benefits they can offer your body.
