Join my 2-hour workshop and learn all the basics you need to know to make your own healthy, seasonal sauerkraut! This workshop will include: - the essentials of sauerkraut making - troubleshooting expertise - lots of time for questions and answers - recipe recommendations - a demonstration of sauerkraut making in action - sauerkraut samples to taste test About the presenter: Jocelyn Durston has been making vegetable and beverage ferments for over 8 years, including running a fermented products business for the last 4 years. She has shredded over 25,000lbs of vegetables and experimented with dozens of recipes. She loves sharing tips and seeing others embrace the fantastic world of fermented food!
