Our sauerkrauts are made using traditional, lacto-fermentation practices, using sea salt and veggies and time to create sour, crunchy, healthy, living food. No vinegar added, vegan, and made with predominantly locally-grown, pesticide-free, seasonal vegetables and herbs.
This product is not pastuerized, so must be kept refrigerated before and after opening. Due to the fermented, living nature of this product, pressure and bubbling is normal.
